Job summary

This role focuses on executing commercial plans for popular beverage brands in Norway and Iceland, collaborating with various partners to drive brand activation and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping the commercial strategy for Norway & Iceland, supporting the Franchise Manager with the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Adapt global and Nordic brand platforms for local markets in coordination with the Nordic marketing team.
  • Develop a cohesive BTL agenda with bottlers, ensuring alignment with ATL strategies.
  • Lead impactful activations for events, sponsorships, and campaigns, including major local events.
  • Manage project and marketing budgets, including purchase orders, accruals, and invoice tracking.
  • Oversee commercial projects from conception to market delivery through internal processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities in on-premise and e-commerce sectors, sharing insights with bottlers.
  • Utilize market data for performance tracking and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate daily with bottler brand teams to ensure alignment and swift execution.
  • Provide updates and insights during monthly and quarterly meetings with bottlers.

Qualifications

Personal attributes

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably with a leading brand.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills for complex situation analysis.
  • Effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Nielsen/Gfk retail and consumer tracking.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Norwegian retail environment is a plus.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident.
  • Team-oriented and results-driven.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of independently managing complex projects with diverse inputs.
