Job summary

The Head of Marketing & Growth will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the go-to-market strategy for a blockchain oracle infrastructure provider. This position requires a strategic leader who can integrate brand marketing, product positioning, and growth tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive adoption in the DeFi ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing or growth roles within the Web3, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful go-to-market strategies for technical products.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, lending protocols, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging that highlights unique differentiators.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and create targeted messaging addressing the pain points of DeFi protocols.
• Oversee the creation of impactful content, including whitepapers and case studies, to educate the market on oracle vulnerabilities.
• Design and execute go-to-market campaigns targeting specific segments to accelerate adoption.
• Implement data-driven acquisition strategies across digital channels and crypto communities.
• Collaborate with ecosystems to establish partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
• Equip the business development team with effective sales materials and prepare for product launches.
• Build and engage a community of developers and DeFi enthusiasts through events and workshops.
• Establish key performance indicators to track brand awareness and growth metrics.
