Clinical Strategy Project Manager

Job summary

In this pivotal role, you will lead the clinical strategy for innovation projects aimed at delivering clinically differentiated products to market. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to define and execute the clinical evidence strategy throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project and/or team management within the clinical or medical field
• Background in clinical development, project management, medical affairs, or medical marketing, focusing on clinical outcomes
• Experience in external networking and managing partnerships with key opinion leaders
• Familiarity with international, cross-border teams and organizations
• Knowledge of biomedical research and clinical/statistical methodology
• A relevant master’s degree
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical strategy track by defining an integrated evidence plan for pre- and post-market activities
• Engage and align critical stakeholders throughout projects
• Ensure timely delivery of activities to the required quality and budget
• Keep management updated on progress, decisions, and risks
• Contribute to strategic, regulatory, and operational documentation
• Identify risks related to the clinical strategy and develop mitigation plans
