Job summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. This role involves strong relationship management and collaboration with various internal teams to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client account management or customer success roles.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems and related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for client accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing management.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client retention and growth.
  • Provide client training and performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and upselling based on client needs.
