Job summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their success through strong relationship management and effective campaign execution. This role involves overseeing the entire campaign delivery process, from onboarding to performance optimization, while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client account management or customer success roles.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising ecosystems and related tools is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for client accounts, fostering trusted relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and campaign launches, ensuring effective account management.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client growth and retention.
  • Provide client training, insights, and performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Education

  • Relevant experience in client-facing roles is essential.

Tools

  • Experience with ad servers, ad verification tools, and tag management systems is a plus.
