Client Service Associate (Part-Time, Finance, Copenhagen)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Education in service, finance, business, or a related field, or currently studying in these areas
• Knowledge of financial products and the industry
• Fluency in English and one additional language (Danish, Czech, Slovakian, or Polish)
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients on a wide range of financial products across all asset classes
• Serve as a client-facing specialist with in-depth knowledge of trading platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act in the best interest of clients and the organization
• Promote increased digital interaction with clients
