Client Program Manager

Job summary

In this strategic role, you will lead customer programs, ensuring alignment between customer strategy and operational execution. You will drive performance and value creation across complex global supply chains, collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.

• Ability to understand and optimize end-to-end supply chains
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and drive change
• Structured, analytical, and performance-driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Fluent in English; Finnish and/or Swedish is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan and support account planning in collaboration with the Global Account Manager
• Translate customer needs into clear priorities and execution plans
• Lead strategic and operational review sessions with customers
• Identify and drive value creation initiatives across the supply chain
• Optimize global operations for improved efficiency and performance
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs and performance metrics
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Act as the central coordination point across various teams
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• Proficiency in performance management and supply chain optimization tools
