Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles, particularly in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail environments is preferred.
• A strong passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new working methods.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize client experience by understanding their desires and expectations.
• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
• Master storytelling and engage clients with thoughtful questions.
• Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, collaborating with management as needed.
• Lead on the sales floor to meet individual and team sales objectives.
• Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities.

• Maintain high standards for shop floor presentation and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Contribute to security measures to prevent theft.
