Claims Processing Agent (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves evaluating and improving AI systems related to auto insurance claims through project-based tasks. Contributors will assess AI-generated decisions for accuracy and compliance, design testing scenarios, and document test cases clearly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services.
• Current or recent experience in claims adjusting or similar roles.
• Familiarity with auto insurance coverage decisions and state-specific negligence rules.
• AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

Compensation

Earn up to $60 per hour based on contribution level and project complexity.

• Evaluate AI-generated auto insurance claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Create FNOL scenarios with contradictions and outdated documents for testing.
• Write and grade fraud-flagging scenarios for referral.
• Develop subrogation test cases based on state-specific rules.
• Document test cases with correct answers and calculations.
