The role of Chief Product Manager focuses on the Nordic Retail & Mobile Payments domain, driving product strategy and direction in a rapidly evolving payments landscape. This position is critical in ensuring that product decisions align with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management within payments, banking, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of retail and/or mobile payment ecosystems, including trends like A2A and digital wallets.
• Proven ability to shape product direction and prioritize initiatives in complex organizations.
• Solid grasp of customer value, commercial drivers, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for translating complexity into structured product plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Nordic Retail & Mobile Payments.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into product priorities.
• Lead discussions on prioritization and investment in high-value initiatives.
• Own product value creation, assessing performance and risks.
• Act as a senior product leader collaborating with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders, including external partners.
• Strengthen product management practices within the domain.
