  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, MarTech, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the market proposition, creating commercially effective service lines across AI, data, cloud, and engineering.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance industry positioning and develop compelling narratives.
  • Manage the brand and corporate narrative to ensure consistency across all markets and channels.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Strengthen marketing efforts with strategic partners to enhance market presence.
  • Oversee the digital ecosystem, including website management and content creation, to bolster thought leadership and marketing capabilities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing centralized marketing communications team.

Skills

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear market positions and compelling stories.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive marketing initiatives.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
