Job summary

The role involves leading and developing strategic distributor partnerships to drive growth across the Nordics, Baltics, and Scotland. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing partner performance, generating new sales opportunities, and executing joint business plans aligned with growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management
  • Strong track record in revenue growth through partnerships
  • Background in MedTech, healthcare, or capital equipment is preferred
  • Skilled in complex, solution-based selling
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on results

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop three key distributor partnerships
  • Build and execute joint business plans to meet growth targets
  • Drive accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market development
  • Identify new partnership opportunities as needed
  • Generate and develop new sales opportunities in hospitals and imaging centers
  • Collaborate closely with partners to secure strategic deals
  • Lead key opportunities and customer engagements when necessary
  • Train and coach distributor sales teams on product solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and demand generation

Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related field

Tools
