Change Management Leader

Job summary

The Change Management Leader is responsible for facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives and local projects by enhancing employee engagement and the effective use of new processes and tools. This role leverages change management and project management skills to ensure successful adoption and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee adoption and desired business outcomes for regional/local change initiatives while monitoring change saturation.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate change impacts and identify key stakeholders.
• Recognize potential change risks and resistance, developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain essential change management deliverables, including communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
• Manage internal communications related to change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in change management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certification in Change Management, Project Management, Lean, or Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
