Change Management Leader

Job summary

The Change Management Leader is responsible for facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives and local projects by enhancing employee adoption of new processes and tools. This role leverages change management and project management skills to ensure successful transitions while managing the impact on personnel and achieving business goals within set timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and local change initiatives to enhance employee adoption and achieve desired business outcomes, while monitoring employee change saturation.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify key stakeholders.
• Recognize change risks and resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain essential change deliverables, including communication plans, business engagement strategies, coaching, training for coworkers, and resistance management plans.
• Manage internal communications related to change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in change management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certification in Change Management, Project Management, Lean, or Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Skills

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in influencing various levels within the organization.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with change management and project management tools is advantageous.
