Job summary

The role involves delivering advanced simulation services to address complex fluid dynamics and multi-physics challenges, contributing to innovative and sustainable design solutions across various industries.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related field, focusing on fluid dynamics and numerical simulation (CFD).
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience with commercial and/or open-source CFD codes, preferably Star-CCM+ and OpenFOAM.
  • Proven knowledge in areas such as Cleanrooms and HVAC, Process/Chemical/Combustion Modelling, Air Quality, and Machine Learning/AI is advantageous.
  • Legal right to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Scope and plan CFD modeling tasks based on client needs and project requirements.
  • Set up and execute CFD simulations, including pre-processing, meshing, solving, and post-processing.
  • Analyze simulation results and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with team members, project managers, and clients while working independently.
  • Contribute to sales and bidding activities by providing technical input.
  • Maintain and develop CFD tools, workflows, and methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and support colleagues across various departments and markets.

Skills

  • Strong planning and execution skills to deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Proficient in using 3D CAD tools, ideally Rhino.

Tools

  • Commercial and open-source CFD software (Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM).
  • 3D CAD software (preferably Rhino).
