Car Return Agent

Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Car Return Agent to join the Network & Stations team within the Operations function. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience during vehicle returns, maintaining vehicle condition, and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally during vehicle returns.
• Check in a high volume of vehicles daily.
• Identify and document any new damage on vehicles.
• Contribute to the Quality Control process for fleet damage records.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the return process.
• Support other branch operations as needed.
