• Lead campaign production planning and resource allocation across multiple markets.
• Manage and develop the production and traffic management team.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative assets across all marketing channels.
• Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and operating models.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for effective delivery.
• Manage production budgets and supplier relationships.
• Oversee asset management and digital asset management processes.
• Align and manage expectations across a broad stakeholder group.
