Job summary

An experienced Campaign Manager is needed to lead paid advertising efforts for a mobile app targeting Gen Z women and girls. This role involves building the user acquisition function from the ground up, requiring a deep understanding of the audience and a strong track record in mobile app campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition with a focus on results.
  • Proven mobile app acquisition experience, including app install and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing to Gen Z women and girls, with demonstrable results.
  • Direct experience with AppsFlyer for tracking and analyzing campaign data.
  • Proficiency in paid social platforms, particularly TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads or app store acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale paid mobile app acquisition strategies across various platforms including TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Drive performance with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), setting targets, and iterating based on results.
  • Evaluate and test new ad networks to enhance acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze creative performance to determine audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure effective ad content.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of platform-specific content.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.

Tools

  • Experience with AppsFlyer for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Familiarity with mobile ad networks such as Unity Ads is a plus.
