Job summary

This role involves overseeing financial, HR, and office operations across small offices in the Nordics, ensuring smooth business support and alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant positions or similar roles.
  • Experience in finance operations, HR assistance, office management, and general operations.
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the finance point of contact, coordinating with external accounting, tax, and payroll providers.
  • Manage monthly closing, payroll inputs, expense reviews, audits, and process improvements.
  • Serve as the main liaison for HQ, resolving open items and supporting projects.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting variances.
  • Support daily financial operations, including invoicing, receivables, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain HR records.
  • Support hiring activities and collaborate with HQ HR on various processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local operational requirements and manage office management tasks.
  • Support local procurement processes and cooperate with HQ procurement on complex cases.
