Job summary

This role involves providing financial analysis and performance insights to support senior management in a global organization focused on intimate healthcare. The position is part of a dynamic Performance Management team within the Corporate Finance department.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar analytical or financial role
  • Strong personal drive and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial analysis to support local and global business needs
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Update and interpret monthly performance materials across the organization
  • Assist in quarterly forecasts and business action planning
  • Optimize, automate, and streamline performance processes
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to the organization
  • Participate in financial and commercial projects as required

Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data systems, modeling, and automation
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively across the business
