Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, finance, supply chain, data analysis, or commercial support functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive and structured approach to managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations related to the customer account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and logistics counterparts.
• Contribute to financial processes, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Identify and propose solutions to optimize value across supply and product management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and PMT stakeholders to enhance business performance.
• Provide insights on account developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage payment follow-ups, credit note handling, and rebate administration.
• Handle contracts, pricing structures, supply agreements, and product portfolios.

Skills

• Experience with global strategic customer accounts is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management and commercial contract management.
• Knowledge of international supply chains and market trends.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on smarter working methods.

Education

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field.
