Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analysis, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding to connect data with business value.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into clear analysis and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights simply.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze guest behavior, market opportunities, and sales performance to identify commercial opportunities.
• Develop practical recommendations for guest growth, revenue optimization, and operational planning.
• Lead forecasting and planning for guest volume and revenue.
• Create and manage BI reporting tools and dashboards for organizational use.
• Synthesize internal and external data to enhance business understanding.
• Communicate insights effectively to facilitate decision-making.
