Business Integration Manager

Job summary

The role involves driving data integration for global customers within the transport and logistics sector. You will be part of a migration team focused on integrating customers into the company's middleware, ensuring streamlined data exchange and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing global customer onboarding.
• Strong understanding of API, EDI, and integration formats.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration processes aligned with company standards.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and providing post-go-live operational support.
• Proven ability to engage with Sales, Corporate Development, and IT to onboard external parties.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the migration of L1 and L2 customers into the company's middleware.
• Collaborate closely with sales and regional teams, focusing on Gold & Platinum customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for operations post-business go-live, providing troubleshooting and advice.
• Ensure local contributors adhere to project plans and deliver on time and quality.
• Create and execute User Acceptance Test scenarios.
• Sign off on the Business Requirement Document to initiate integration.
• Align planning with Operations, Customers, and the Customer Integration Office.
