Business Finance Analyst (Healthcare, Remote)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or business administration.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Experience in creating detailed financial reports for senior management and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Head by ensuring accurate reporting on country, P&L line, and sub-region levels.
• Provide P&L insights and recommendations to country General Managers and Finance Managers to drive growth in selected markets.
• Communicate effectively and present findings to guide market strategies.
• Proactively improve commercial finance activities within the region.
• Support country finance teams with quality deliverables, including forecasts and financial submissions.
• Engage in business partnering to drive revenue and cost discussions, including pricing responsibilities.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close and control activities.
