This role is designed for early-career professionals eager to support global project management initiatives. The Business Enabling Assistant will provide essential assistance to the Global Workplace Project teams, contributing to strategic projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in back-office functions for Global Workplace Project Portfolio Development & Execution.
  • Support specific tasks within the LEGO Project Model and the 10Y plan.
  • Co-drive reporting and development tasks within the PMO function.
  • Gradually take on more responsibilities as direction is selected.

Skills

Education

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
