Business Developer (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This part-time role involves supporting the expansion of a health-tech company in the French market. The position requires collaboration with existing Business Developers to identify and execute growth initiatives, focusing on operational challenges and creative experiments.

Qualifications

• Master's student in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written), ideally at a native or advanced level.
• Clear communication skills in English and French.
• Ambitious, curious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse projects related to growth, operations, and business execution.
• Design and run creative experiments to improve key company metrics.
• Identify and address operational challenges as the company scales.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Growth Project Manager on impactful initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to execution.
• Represent the company in meetings and events, focusing on French-speaking stakeholders.

Skills

• Problem-solving and initiative-taking in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work flexibly, typically 15–25 hours per week.

Education

• Currently enrolled in a master's program.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is beneficial.
