Business Analyst / Tester (Life & Pension, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves working as a Business Analyst / Tester with a focus on the Danish Life & Pension sector. The role is centered on transforming complex pension requirements into effective solutions within a collaborative product development environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Danish Life & Pension domain is essential.
• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in pension products, pension administration, advisory services, or business analysis.
• Experience from a pension company, consultancy, bank, or similar financial institution is advantageous.
• Relevant courses from Forsikringsakademiet are considered a strong plus.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other Business Analysts on bug analysis and feature development.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into structured solutions and testing activities.
• Conduct investigations to identify root causes and support continuous improvements.
• Participate in solution design discussions and challenge assumptions for optimal outcomes.
• Transform customer requirements into actionable development and testing tasks.
• Validate new functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Engage in an agile setup and contribute to process improvements.
