Business Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and advisory projects as a Business Analyst. The position focuses on business analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and operational support to facilitate successful solution design and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects preferred.
• Open to candidates with experience in other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, or Recruiting.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Proactive and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Support workshops and stakeholder meetings by preparing materials and tracking actions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps and decision logs.
• Assist with solution design discussions and project governance activities.
• Research SAP SuccessFactors functionality and HR technology trends.
• Prepare presentations and customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants and project stakeholders across initiatives.

Skills

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and interest in leveraging them for productivity.
• Experience with process mapping, reporting, or solution design activities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
