Job summary

This role involves supporting clients and broker partners in a fully remote environment within a Fintech firm that specializes in broker-dealer services. The position focuses on addressing service needs and operational requests while collaborating with various internal teams to resolve client issues.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the securities industry.
  • FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations.
  • Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners regarding service needs and issues.
  • Address a variety of brokerage inquiries related to account services, trading, transfers, funding, and operations.
  • Process operational requests as directed by the brokerage team or clients.
  • Collaborate with internal groups such as trading, operations, sales, and customer success to resolve client issues.
  • Provide basic technical support, including API usage and platform navigation assistance.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education

  • Relevant experience in the securities industry is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with brokerage platforms and API tools is beneficial.
