Brand Systems Manager

Job summary

The Brand Systems Manager will play a crucial role in supporting brand execution and collaboration within a global organization. This position focuses on enhancing brand management systems and ensuring consistent application of brand principles across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
• Background in brand management, content, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar platforms.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management or coordination within a brand context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand colleagues to translate brand guidelines into practical tools and templates.
• Own and evolve the brand management ecosystem to support collaboration and ease of use.
• Maintain simplicity in user journeys and backend asset management.
• Define processes for user activation and maintenance of brand systems.
• Communicate effectively with users to ensure clarity and preemptively address issues.
• Plan and execute structured rollouts and onboarding of brand tools and processes.
• Provide hands-on guidance to colleagues using brand tools and assets.
• Manage project coordination related to brand initiatives and improvements.
• Act as a trusted partner to various departments including Marketing, Communications, and IT.

Education
