Job summary

The Brand Systems Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the operational execution of brand initiatives within a global organization. This position focuses on enhancing brand management systems and ensuring effective collaboration across teams to facilitate the practical application of brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proven track record in launching tools and enabling adoption with attention to detail and quality.
  • Hands-on experience with brand management, content, or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management or coordination experience in a brand context.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with brand operations and system maintenance at scale.
  • Familiarity with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand colleagues to convert brand guidelines into practical tools and templates.
  • Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of brand management systems.
  • Simplify user journeys and maintain brand assets effectively.
  • Establish processes and guides for operating and maintaining brand systems.
  • Communicate clearly with users to ensure intuitive experiences with brand tools.
  • Plan and execute rollouts and onboarding of brand tools and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues using brand resources.
  • Manage projects related to brand initiatives and improvements.
  • Act as a partner to various departments including Marketing and IT.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on knowledge sharing.

  • Ability to balance governance with flexibility.
  • Clear communication skills to build trust across functions.

Education

  • Relevant experience in brand management or related fields is essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with brand management platforms such as Frontify and Templafy is advantageous.
