Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing brand systems to support collaboration and operational execution within a global organization. The Brand Systems Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure brand guidelines are effectively translated into practical tools and processes, fostering a culture of trust and shared responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proven track record in launching tools and facilitating adoption across teams, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Hands-on experience with brand management, content, or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project management or coordination within a brand context.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with brand operations and system maintenance at scale.
  • Experience with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand colleagues to convert brand guidelines into practical tools and templates.
  • Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of brand management systems.
  • Simplify user journeys and maintain backend assets to enhance system efficiency.
  • Establish processes and guides for effective brand system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure clear communication and intuitive user experiences within brand tools.
  • Plan and execute robust rollouts and onboarding for brand tools and processes.
  • Provide practical support and guidance to colleagues using brand resources.
  • Manage project coordination for brand initiatives and improvements.
  • Act as a trusted partner to various departments including Marketing and IT.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture emphasizing knowledge sharing.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and pragmatic approach to system management.
  • Ability to balance governance with flexibility in support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust across functions.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in brand management or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with brand management platforms such as Frontify and Templafy.
