About the role

Job summary

In this role, you will support the operational execution of brand systems, ensuring they facilitate collaboration and effective brand management across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to translate brand guidelines into practical tools and maintain the brand management ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proven track record in launching tools and enabling adoption with attention to detail and quality.
  • Hands-on experience with brand management, content, or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management or coordination experience in a brand context.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with brand operations and system maintenance at scale.
  • Familiarity with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand colleagues to create practical tools and templates based on brand guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of brand management systems.
  • Simplify user journeys and maintain backend assets for efficiency.
  • Establish processes and guides for effective brand system operation.
  • Ensure clear communication and intuitive user experiences within brand tools.
  • Plan and execute rollouts and onboarding for brand tools and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues using brand assets.
  • Manage projects related to brand initiatives and improvements.
  • Act as a partner to Marketing, Communications, IT, and the Global Design Center.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on knowledge sharing.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across functions.
  • Structured, organized, and pragmatic approach to brand operations.
  • Ability to balance governance with flexibility and support.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in branding, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with brand management platforms such as Frontify and Templafy.
