Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing brand systems to support collaboration and operational execution within a global organization. The Brand Systems Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure brand guidelines are effectively translated into practical tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proven track record in launching tools and enabling adoption across the business.
  • Hands-on experience with brand management, content, or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand colleagues to develop practical tools and templates based on brand guidelines.
  • Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of brand management systems.
  • Simplify user journeys and maintain backend assets for efficiency.
  • Establish processes and guides for effective brand system operation.
  • Communicate clearly with users to ensure intuitive experiences with brand tools.
  • Plan and execute rollouts and onboarding for brand tools and processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues using brand resources.
  • Manage projects related to brand initiatives and improvements.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and pragmatic approach to brand operations.
  • Ability to balance governance with flexibility in support.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust across functions.

Education

  • Relevant experience in brand operations or management.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Frontify, Templafy, or similar brand management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
