The Brand Specialist will play a crucial role in executing brand strategy through impactful campaigns and initiatives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across various channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in brand management, brand strategy, or campaign development, preferably with a focus on brand building.
  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or other consumer-driven sectors. Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and campaign development, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for articulating ideas and aligning stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A curious mindset and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute brand campaigns and initiatives from start to finish, contributing to larger global campaigns and strategic brand initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy into campaign frameworks and communication approaches that align with business objectives.
  • Define and align go-to-market communications to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with Brand Planning, Design, Consumer Insights, Creative Studio, and external partners to drive aligned execution.
