About the role

Job summary

The role involves supporting the global marketing team as a Brand Activation Coordinator, focusing on promoting the brand and executing initiatives that align with business objectives. The position is based in either Lynge, Denmark or Montreal, Canada, and reports to the Head of Brand & Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or communications.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the cycling industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel and adapt work schedule for events (up to 20% of time).
  • English proficiency required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand activation initiatives based on key brand pillars.
  • Manage showrooms in Lynge and Montreal to drive sales.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of brand activation initiatives, including product launches and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify activation opportunities.
  • Create and edit photo and video content for social media.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to produce brand-compliant content.
  • Track KPIs and conduct post-mortems for continuous improvement.
  • Assist the marketing team with various tasks as needed.
