Bioprocessing Sales Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves driving revenue growth and developing strategic opportunities in the bioprocessing sector, specifically focusing on TFF systems. The specialist will engage with various stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and streamline sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant commercial, technical sales, applications, or bioprocessing experience; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree; or PhD with 2+ years; or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in selling complex bioprocessing technologies and related solutions.
• Strong understanding of downstream processing and bioprocessing workflows.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial value propositions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and funnel development for small scale TFF systems.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, focusing on strategic accounts and opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
• Maintain a healthy Salesforce funnel with clear next steps and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal resources to support customer opportunities.

Skills

• Strong understanding of TFF, UF/DF, and related applications.
• Ability to create compelling value propositions.
• Proficient in managing pipelines and executing territory plans.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
