BIM Engineer (Denmark)

Job summary

This is a permanent position focused on delivering advanced engineering projects with a significant portfolio over the next five years. The role involves working in a dynamic, multi-functional team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a strong trades background with a BIM qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM/Coordination role.
• Mechanical or Electrical background with a proven track record in a similar position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team with all coordination deliverables.
• Deliver 3D and 2D outputs as specified by the BIM lead.
• Assist in producing 2D coordination and installation drawings.
• Ensure model files are clash-free by regularly checking against the federated model.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and assist with clash resolutions on-site.
• Produce verified record drawings and maintain coordination document registers.

Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and Fabrication CAD.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for 3D coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Relevant degree or qualification in engineering or a related field.

Tools

• Revit, Fabrication CAD, and other BIM-related software.
