Job summary

This role involves supporting business intelligence initiatives within Global Operations by assisting with reporting and analytics solutions. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to streamline BI requests and improve communication across projects.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the BI team
  • Organize and streamline BI requests from the business
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Assist users in deriving value from BI tools and reports
  • Enhance communication, coordination, and documentation across projects

Skills

  • Experience with requirement gathering and planning (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Databricks, and Power Automate (preferred but not required)

Education

  • Open to students or recent graduates interested in business intelligence and analytics

Tools

  • BI tools and reporting solutions
