About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the design and implementation of the Safety & Resilience Learning Academy, focusing on upskilling and learning programs that adhere to safety principles and global standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar sectors.
  • Master’s degree in Health & Safety or Learning & Development, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in training needs analysis and program development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience with diverse research methodologies.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage educational programs for the S&R Learning Academy, ensuring alignment with capability studies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs and communicate program offerings.
  • Apply expertise in HSE to support the development of learning programs focused on safety, cognition, and motivation.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions in various formats, both in-person and virtual.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to facilitate training in complex environments.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with training design tools and platforms for both in-person and virtual training delivery.
