Job summary

This position is for a Behavioral Design & Learning Manager within the HSE & Transformation team, focusing on the design and enhancement of the Safety & Resilience Learning Academy. The role requires expertise in HSE and Learning & Development to create and implement effective learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HSE within logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar industries.
  • Master’s degree in Health & Safety or Learning & Development, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability in training needs analysis, development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience in diverse research methods.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage educational programs for the S&R Learning Academy, ensuring alignment with global policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and communicate program offerings effectively.
  • Apply expertise in HSE topics to support the design and execution of learning programs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions in various formats, both in-person and virtual.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training in complex settings.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Health & Safety or Learning & Development, or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with training design tools and learning management systems.
