Associate Technical Account Manager (Dental, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves serving as the primary technical contact for enterprise dental lab customers, focusing on enhancing their experience with the company's products and services. The position requires proactive engagement to stabilize and scale IT environments, manage technical relationships, and advocate for customers internally.

Qualifications

• Strong professional background in dentistry or dental technology, ideally with hands-on experience as a dental technician or in dental laboratories.
• Relevant education in dentistry, engineering, IT, computer science, or a related field combined with dental industry experience.
• Experience in enterprise technical account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, including server/client networking and cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise dental labs as the main technical contact.
• Review hardware specifications and coordinate upgrades across lab organizations.
• Assist customers in establishing scalable technical setups and maintain oversight of integrations and onboarding.
• Solve complex product, network, and installation issues, guiding customers through upgrades and new workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Support LabCare renewals and customer feedback initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Education

• Relevant educational background in dentistry or related fields, with additional qualifications in engineering or IT being advantageous.
