Associate Tech Solution Consultant

Job summary

As an Associate Tech Solution Consultant, you will be integral to solving complex marketing and operational challenges through technology, specifically Adobe Workfront. You will collaborate with a team to design and implement solutions that enhance Collaborative Work Management and Content Supply Chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a desire to learn supporting technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS platforms and marketing operations.
• Understanding of the role of consultancy in implementing collaborative work management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Architects and client stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Gather business and technical requirements, document solution decisions, and produce technical documentation.
• Translate business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Implement object structures, user access, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and governance configurations in Adobe Workfront.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), package deployments, go-live activities, and post-launch hypercare.
