Job summary

This role is part of a graduate program designed to develop individuals into Sales Champions through immersive training and real-world experience. The program includes a 12-month training period starting in Amsterdam, followed by a transition to Copenhagen.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM, or a non-traditional background with proof of technical curiosity.
  • Fluent in English and the primary language of Denmark.
  • Legally authorized to work in Denmark without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to relocate to Amsterdam for training.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 12-month global accelerator program with immersive training and rotational assignments.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Build strong AI skills and leverage advanced learning platforms.
  • Transition into an Inside Account Executive role to drive customer outcomes and build relationships.

  • Strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Resilience in handling challenges and achieving revenue targets.
  • Effective storytelling and negotiation skills to connect client challenges with technological solutions.

Education

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience demonstrating technical curiosity.
