The Associate Global Marketing Manager will be part of the Global Marketing team in the Household Care sector, focusing on commercial and strategic initiatives in Emerging Markets and the Medical, Professional & Microbial cleaning area. This role emphasizes execution, analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive growth and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, or a strong graduate profile
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Interest in commercial topics such as pricing, portfolio management, and market dynamics
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into clear, structured outputs
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for customer engagements, including developing presentations and commercial storylines
• Conduct pricing, portfolio, and market analyses to identify commercial opportunities
• Maintain and develop pipeline tracking and performance overviews
• Assist business development and global marketing managers in structuring projects and translating analysis into actionable recommendations
• Take ownership of selected focus areas and drive continuous improvement

Skills

• Experience in B2B industries such as ingredients, chemicals, or FMCG is valued
• Exposure to pricing projects, portfolio optimization, or go-to-market strategy
• Experience in data analysis and commercial environments
• Interest in international markets and customer-facing work

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
