Job summary

The role involves supporting the CEO Office by engaging in strategic, financial, and performance-related initiatives within a real estate investment context. The Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial planning models, collaborating with various teams to enhance data quality and financial processes, and preparing analytical materials for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dataflows and Power Query is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in real estate, accounting principles, and funding structures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance short- and long-term financial planning models.
• Build scenarios to evaluate strategic changes related to capital structure and investments.
• Prepare high-quality materials for management and board decision-making.
• Improve the quarterly valuation process for better data quality and efficiency.
• Provide insights and analyses of the real estate portfolio for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and business controlling to align key assumptions.
• Work with Corporate Finance and investment teams to centralize processes.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to enhance data flows and model reliability.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
