Job summary

The Associate Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing brand and disease area strategies for the International region. This role involves driving market expansion and ensuring strategic alignment across various markets while addressing local needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 7 years in pharmaceutical or biotech brand sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving brand strategy and delivering above-market results.
  • Experience leading international marketing initiatives and influencing multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand and disease area strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for affiliates, fostering collaboration.
  • Create integrated, insight-driven brand strategies for diverse markets.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges for lifecycle management.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build customer-focused brand plans and ensure regional implementation.
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Serve as a central contact for stakeholders across various departments.
  • Manage the regional brand budget to maximize return on investment.
