Associate Consultant (On-site, Swedish speaking)

Job summary

This role is for recent graduates seeking to start their careers as an Associate Consultant, focusing on complex IT solutions that combine development with project delivery and client interaction. The position spans both Application Services and Consulting, allowing for a project-oriented or long-term solution-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a related field.
• Newly graduated or with a couple of years of experience.
• Passionate about advancing in the IT field.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into appropriate technical solutions.
• Setup and develop frameworks and integrations.
• Implement features in user interfaces.
• Configure and develop extensions to standard platforms.
• Automate business processes, including batch jobs.
• Develop tools and scripts for data migration.

Skills

• Strong IT technical skills in object-oriented programming.
• Fundamental knowledge of software development.
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and structured work approach.

Education

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field preferred.

Tools

• Experience with web-based technologies such as Angular or React, and programming languages like Java or C# on Java or .NET platforms. Familiarity with standard platforms from Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, and Guidewire is beneficial.
