Job summary

This role involves supporting executive management in strategic, financial, and performance-related initiatives within a real estate investment firm. The Associate will focus on financial modeling, data analysis, and enhancing decision-making processes related to the company's real estate portfolio and capital structure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial modeling and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dataflows and Power Query is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
• Genuine interest in real estate, accounting fundamentals, and funding structures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance short- and long-term financial planning models.
• Build scenarios to evaluate strategic changes, including capital structure and investments.
• Prepare materials for strategic decision-making for management and the board.
• Improve the quarterly valuation process for better data quality and efficiency.
• Provide insights and analyses of the portfolio for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and business controlling to align key assumptions and support financial reporting.
• Work with Corporate Finance and investment teams to centralize processes and improve workflows.
• Partner with the Data & Analytics team to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects for management.
