Assistant Solution Manager (Procurement, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This full-time, office-based role involves supporting the development, implementation, and management of procurement solutions through strategic partnerships. The position requires collaboration with internal procurement teams and external partners to create solutions that deliver business value.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supplier management, partnerships, consulting, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience working with contracts, suppliers, or cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of an organization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing procurement solutions through strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate new solution opportunities and business cases.
• Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to define requirements and support solution creation.
• Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support solution testing, pilot programs, rollouts, and stakeholder communication.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Collect user and stakeholder feedback to support performance monitoring and solution optimization.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
