Asset Management Analyst

Job summary

The Asset Management Analyst will support the Asset Management Team in identifying value creation opportunities within the portfolio, aligned with the long-term business strategy. The role involves overseeing strategic projects aimed at enhancing portfolio quality and optimizing income strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing key projects as per the 5-year business plan.
• Identify new value creation opportunities, including specialty leasing and digital services.
• Monitor performance KPIs and analyze competitive landscape.
• Aid in preparing the 5-year business plan and related reports/dashboards.
• Collect and analyze data for appraisals, ensuring alignment with internal valuations.
• Support the Investment Department in evaluating acquisition and divestment opportunities.
• Prepare information for validation boards and operational updates for meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or engineering preferred.
• Strong financial background and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Education

Working Conditions

• Master’s degree in finance or engineering preferred.
• Full-time position based in Field’s Shopping Center, Copenhagen.
• Start date: 1st of September.
