Job summary

This role involves leading a small team of applications engineers to support customers in utilizing networking products effectively. The position focuses on enhancing customer experience through collaboration and development of support materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of networking and network management concepts.
  • Proven experience in customer support and enablement.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols and system-level design.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques.

Responsibilities

Travel

  • Lead a team of 2-4 engineers to address customer support needs and prioritize projects.
  • Communicate team requirements to the larger support organization and collaborate with global teams.
  • Provide assistance to Field Sales engineers and customers during product development.
  • Develop user experience materials such as application notes, knowledgebase articles, user guides, and example code.
  • Identify gaps in existing support materials and set goals to enhance customer enablement.
  • Create high-level requirements for development teams to improve customer experience with new products.
  • 0% - 25% travel may be required.
