About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Advanced Bioenergy Fund Investment Team by contributing to transaction processes and preparing for investment decisions. The position is designed for 2nd and 3rd year BSc students and 1st year MSc students in relevant fields, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic performance in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Interest in corporate finance, strategy, and renewable energy
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to projects
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under time constraints
  • Curious mindset with a spirit of inquiry
  • Capability to work independently while also engaging in teamwork
  • Previous experience in energy and infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for Investment Committee meetings
  • Visualize and present technical and financial data to stakeholders
  • Conduct financial modeling for complex infrastructure assets
  • Perform market analysis and due diligence on new investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with industrial partners and advisors
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses in partnership with team members

Education

  • Candidates must be enrolled in a Danish university or be Danish residents, with a focus on relevant academic programs.
